Fujitsu Limited has made the following new appointments of external talent today.

As Fujitsu transform from an IT company to a DX company and develop its DX business on a global scale, it will proactively recruit external talent to fill key executive positions.

Newly Appointed Executive Positions (planned for April 1, 2020) Name New Title Present Post Toshiya Imai CEO, Ridgelinez Ltd. (*1) Deputy CEO, Senior Partner, PwC Consulting LLC Mr. Imai will lead the new DX company to become a pioneer in the Fujitsu Group's DX business.

Mr. Fukuda will drive the internal DX on a global scale across working processes, organizational/corporate culture and working styles.

Ms. Yamamoto will promote the strengthening of marketing functions including the enhancement of the Fujitsu Group's branding strategy.
