PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES


Rome, Julay 6, 2018 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 26rd April 2018, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that, between June 25, 2018 and June 29, 2018, it acquired 20,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.3255 euros per share, for a total of about 6,000 euros.Details of the transactions on a daily basis:
