PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Rome, October 16, 2018 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 26rd April 2018, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that, between October 8, 2018 and October 12, 2018, it acquired 80,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.3547 euros per share, for a total of about 28,000 euros.
