Grupo Bimbo delivers more than 1.5 million slices of bread to food banks as a result of the Global Energy Race 2019
We are very happy to be able to represent the thousands of runners who participated in the Global Energy Race 2019 and deliver these slices of bread for the benefit of those who need it the most. In the previous edition, we donated up to 1 million 400 thousand slices and in this fifth edition, we surpassed the 1 million 500 thousand slices mark, which are already being distributed in different host cities. We invite you to continue to lead active lifestyles, joining forces with us, while we will be waiting for you next year at the Global Energy 2020

Mexico City, October 16, 2019. Global Energy Race by Bimbo, is for the fourth time, an event with cause, in which Grupo Bimbo donates two slices of bread per kilometer traveled by registered participants to food banks. In this 2019 event, thanks to every single one of those who participated, 1.5 million bread slices are already being distributed to sectors where it is needed the most.
