Power engineers of the Samara Grids branch of Rosseti Volga (a brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) have started repair work at the 110 kV Sergievskaya substation.

Reliability of power supply to social facilities of the region - boiler houses, treatment facilities, water intake, oil industry enterprises, zooveterinary stations, etc., depends on the uninterrupted operation of the main feeding center of the Sergievsky District of the Samara Region. Within one month, the power facility will carry out routine and major equipment repairs.

Power engineers will have to repair 10 high-voltage bushings, including those on power transformers, 15 disconnectors, the first and second sections of 110 kV busbars, as well as 13 cells of the complete disconnecting device. The work is carried out without limiting the power supply to consumers.

Power engineers fully comply not only with the rules of electrical safety, but also with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. The staff is fully provided with personal protective equipment and hygiene equipment. An annual set of measures aimed at repairing and replacing electrical equipment is a priority task for Samara Grids.

High-quality and full-fledged implementation of the maintenance and repair program allows to reduce the technical wear of equipment and ensure reliable and high-quality power supply to consumers in the coming winter.
