Karamolegos Bakery Industry SA is active in Greece via the Company’s operations and through its 60%-owned subsidiary, Apollonio SA. The Company also operates in Romania through its 80%-owned subsidiary, Karamolegos Bakery Romania SA, in Bucharest. Its production facility is located in Tzima, Koropi, Greece.
