amendmentOF the mandate for
Kaufman & Broad SA declared on October 10, 2018 to have signedwith Rothschild Martin Maurel a sharebuyback mandate as it has been agreed by the General Shareholders Meeting.
On July 16, 2019, Kaufman & Broad SA decided to extend the duration of the mandate up to October31, 2019 for a total allocation of share buyback of EUR10,000,000.
