LENTA ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN CAPITAL STRUCTURE

St. Petersburg, Russia; 30 April 2019 - Lenta Ltd ('Lenta' or the 'Company'), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, in accordance with FCA Listing Rule 14.3.17R(1), today announces a change in its capital structure. The Company has today issued 77,667 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan. These shares represent approximately 0.080% of the Company's issued share capital prior to the issuance. Following the issuance, the Company has 97,585,932 issued ordinary shares.

Lenta is the largest hypermarket chain in Russia and the country's third largest retail chain. The Company was founded in 1993 in St. Petersburg. Lenta operates 244 hypermarkets in 88 cities across Russia and 132 supermarkets in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Siberia, Urals and Central regions, with a total of approximately 1,465,426 sq.m. of selling space.
