RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Modern Beauty Salon Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Lam Tak Leung ("Mr. Lam") has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to his other business commitments which require more of his attention and dedication. The resignation will take effect from 1 March 2020.

Mr. Lam has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and the Company, and is not aware of any matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention to the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Lam for his valuable contribution made towards the Company during his tenure of service.
