Following a pre-selection over 250 products and an oral presentation in front of a panel of experts (chefs, food trade professionals, nutritionists, designers and journalists from the food service professional media), Emulsea® won a Sirha 2019 Innovation Awards in the « Food Products-drinks-ingredients » category.

The official Awards Ceremony will take place on Sunday 27th January 2019 during Sirha.
