CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board announces that Mr. Tsang Sai Chung has resigned and Mr. Timothy Tsang has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 10 August 2018.

The board of directors (the "Board") of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Tsang Sai Chung has resigned as the Company Secretary and an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Listing Rules") with effect from 10 August 2018.

Mr. Tsang Sai Chung has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

In addition, the Board announces that Mr. Timothy Tsang joined the Company as the General Counsel on 1 August 2018 and he has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 10 August 2018. Mr. Timothy Tsang is admitted as a legal practitioner in the State of New South Wales, Australia and as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of legal and management experience gained from both private practice with international law firms and as in-house counsel with multinational company and large conglomerate. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Timothy Tsang was the Deputy General Counsel for a large PRC conglomerate in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Sydney; and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of New South Wales and The University of Sydney.

The Board would like to welcome Mr. Timothy Tsang to the Company, and thank Mr. Tsang Sai Chung for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
