Pegasi Energy Resources Corporation is an independent energy company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and production of, crude oil and natural gas. The Company's segments include Crude oil and natural gas sales, Condensate and skim oil, and Transportation and gathering. The Company's focus is on the development of a project in the active East Texas oil and gas region. The Company is focused on the redevelopment of the Rodessa oilfield of East Texas. The Company conducts its main exploration and production operations through its subsidiary, Pegasi Operating, Inc. (POI). It conducts additional operations through another subsidiary, TR Rodessa, Inc. (TR Rodessa). As of September 30, 2015, TR Rodessa owned an 80% undivided interest in and operated a 40-mile natural gas pipeline and gathering system, used by the Company to transport its hydrocarbons to market. As of November 1, 2015, the Company's leasehold position was approximately 16,398 gross acres and 4,742 net acres.
