Phoenix Global Resources Ltd, formerly Phoenix Global Resources plc, is a United Kingdom-based upstream oil and gas company. The Company is focused on the development of its unconventional operating assets in the Vaca Muerta and other unconventional opportunities in Argentina. The Company's segments include Operated and Non-Operated. The Operated segment include Mata Mora, Neuquen basin, La Paloma, Corralera, Rio Atue, Cajon de los Caballos, Puesto Rojas, El Manzano and La Tropilla. The Non-Operated segment include Chachahuen, Rio Cullen and Tierra del Fuego. In the Terra del Fuego province, the Company has interests in three non-operated assets in the Austral basin in a joint venture with Roch S.A. and others. The Company produces approximately 500,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and 120 millimeters (MM) cubic meters per day (m3/d) of gas, representing around 75% of domestic oil consumption and 85% of domestic gas consumption.
