Date and Agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

As announced in "Pioneer Announces Additional Establishment of the Record Date for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders" dated November 21, 2018, Pioneer Corporation (hereinafter "Pioneer") set December 7, 2018 as a record date for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Pioneer hereby gives notice that its board of directors has today decided the date and time, and agenda items to be submitted for approval at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders as follows. While Pioneer also set September 30, 2018 as a record date, as announced in "Pioneer Announces Establishment of the Record Date for The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders" dated September 12, 2018, the record for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders has been finally determined to be December 7, 2018.
