Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (“Reliant Bancorp”) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share. The new dividend represents a 12.5% increase from the $0.08 per share paid in the third quarter of 2018 and a 50% increase from the cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2017. The $0.09 per share cash dividend is payable on January 18, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 8, 2019.
