26September2018,Moscow - Starting today, a mobile virtual operator under the new brand SberMobile is available in four of Russia's regions - Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and the Moscow and Leningrad Regions. By the end of 2018, residents of 13 more regions will be able to use SberMobile: the Tula, Tver, Bryansk, Ryazan, Kaluga, Smolensk, Kostroma, Voronezh, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Kursk, Tambov and Oryol Regions.

SberMobile lets subscribers configure tariffs to meet their needs, including by selecting the amount of mobile traffic, unlimited mobile application content and call time. As of launch, the minimum service package costs only 200 roubles and includes 150 minutes of call time, 3 GB of internet traffic and 50 SMS. The cost of the package can be reduced to zero by using the Sberbank ecosystem's banking and non-banking services and paying with bonuses from the Thank You from Sberbank loyalty programme.

SberMobile subscribers can also accumulate Thank You bonuses at a higher rate (up to 30%) when topping up their call balance via the SberMobile application. The app can be downloaded from the AppStore and GooglePlay.

You can get a SIM card and start using the operator in any Sberbank branch in the abovementioned regions or order one online at sbermobile.ru.

Lev Khasis, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank:

'The creation of a mobile operator is a significant stage in constructing the Sberbank ecosystem. High quality communication services and access to the internet is one of our customers' key needs. Together with our telecommunications partners, we want to provide a service that is appealing in terms of quality, customer experience and pricing.'

Tele2's highly developed network and SberMobile's seamless communication environment will ensure the stability of communications.

Ruslan Gurdzhiyan, CEO of Sberbank-Telecom:

'We aimed to make a comprehensive product that is easy to buy in any branch and simple to use via remote digital channels. We tested out several business models and settled on a flexible tariff builder, which will suit everyone thanks to its range of options for unlimited access to content (messengers, music, video, social networks). To make this the best offer in the industry for active Sberbank clients, we have added seamless integration with the Sberbank Online mobile app, which displays your balance and remaining traffic, and offer higher accumulation of Thank You points for buying communication services. In addition, we've added convenient one-click payment. Our technology lets subscribers organically use both GSM and Wi-Fi networks via the SberMobile app and when making calls via the contacts list on smartphones from leading producers. This lets subscribers avoid missed calls and phone their favourite numbers in HD quality, wherever they are and at home region rates. This can be done not only in trusted Wi-Fi areas, but also in our partners' networks: there are more than 3,000 of these access points in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.'

Sergey Emdin, CEO of Tele2:

'Tele2 is a strong partner for companies that want to launch MVNOs: we are ahead of the competition in terms of NPS score and other key marketing indicators. And we have the fastest user base growth rates on the market. Companies that create MVNOs via Tele2 can be assured of network quality as we continuously invest in infrastructure, our coverage is expanding, and we employ cutting-edge technology in all regions of presence. The high quality of our services has been confirmed, including by Roskomnadzor. Thanks to our MVNE platform, Tele2 has practically become Russia's MVNO factory and is the leader in terms of launched virtual operators. Currently 15 MVNOs function via the Tele2 network. Despite creating so many MVNOs, each Tele2 project is tailored to meet the customer's specific needs. The launch of SberMobile on Tele2 will let the bank offer clients a comprehensive and personalised product with added value. Sberbank will be able to unify its financial and telecoms services, make cross-offers and link them to loyalty programmes and online services.'

A virtual mobile operator pilot project named Pogovorim (Let's Talk) was launched in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in March 2017. In February 2018, a test tariff was launched in Moscow, which gained more than 10,000 subscribers in its first week.
