SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH reaches agreement with German Federal Cartel Office

Lucerne, November 21, 2019 -SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH, a global leader in special long steel, hasreached an out-of-court agreement with the German Federal Cartel Office regarding investigations on suspected anti-trust practices. The parties have agreed on a fine of EUR 12.3 million.

SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH accepts the fine. The agreement is subject to the execution of the planned share capital increase to be approved by the extraordinary general meeting on December 2, 2019.
