Notice Regarding the Result and the Completion of the Acquisition of

Treasury Stock

Sugi Holdings Co., Ltd. ("the Company") hereby announces the implementation of the acquisition of treasury stock in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to the provisions of Article 459, paragraph 1 of the Companies Act that was decided at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 16, 2018.

The Company also announces the resulting completion of the acquisition of treasury stock that was decided at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 16, 2018.
