Ordentliche Generalversammlung vom 10. April 2018

Die diesjährige ordentliche Generalversammlung der Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG fand am 10. April 2018 in Zürich statt. An der Generalversammlung waren 4'487'738

Aktienstimmen vertreten. Dies entspricht 88.19% der im Aktienregister eingetragenen Aktien.

Die Generalversammlung stimmte sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates mit überwiegendem Mehr zu.

Dr. Hans-Peter Bauer wurde als Verwaltungsratspräsident für ein Jahr wiedergewählt, ebenso die bisherigen Verwaltungsratsmitglieder Carolin Schmüser, Christian Perschak und Alexander Vögele.

Am 25. April 2018 erfolgt eine verrechnungssteuerfreie Ausschüttung aus Kapitaleinlagereserven von CHF 3.60 (VJ CHF 3.60) pro Namensaktie mit einem Nennwert von CHF 12.60 (ex Datum 23. April 2018).
