Traumhaus AG wins Michael Marienfeld as head of project development

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Wenner: Continue expansion course


Wiesbaden, April 1, 2019 - Traumhaus AG brings one of the industry's most experienced experts on board: Michael Marienfeld (51). As of April 1, he will take over the management of the Project Development division and thus a key function of the nationwide property developer and project developer. For this he is appointed to the management of the corporation.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Markus Wenner emphasizes: "Traumhaus AG is resolutely pursuing its expansion course. This includes a strong project development, which we are specifically expanding with the newly created management function. Michael Marienfeld has outstanding experience and contacts. He is another guarantor for the growth of Traumhaus AG."

Marienfeld comes from Interhomes AG. There, the graduated economist has been active since 1998 in leading positions. For example, as product manager for real estate marketing, he managed property developer projects nationwide, from the acquisition to the sale. Subsequently, he was Project Manager Property Acquisition and since 2007 has been responsible for several thousand housing units throughout the Federal Republic of Germany as Head of Project Development. Marienfeld is a native of Bremen, he is married and has a son.

Traumhaus AG is an experienced provider of innovative settlement concepts and serial construction in solid construction. The company covers the entire value chain: from buying land (from 3,000 square meters) and project development to construction and marketing to the subsequent support of real estate.
