Traumhaus AG successfully completes capital increase from authorised capital with subscription offer Wiesbaden, 23 December 2019 - The Management Board of Traumhaus AG (Frankfurt, m:access, Xetra, ISIN: DE000A2NB7S2) announces the result of the subscription offer. The cash capital increase of up to EUR 237,398.00 resolved by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board on 30 November 2019 has been executed in the amount of EUR 182,573. A total of 182,573 new shares were subscribed to at an issue price of EUR 16.50 per share. The Management Board has decided to terminate the capital measure and to apply for entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register. In total, the company will receive gross issue proceeds of EUR 3,012,454.50 from the capital increase. The new share capital of the company amounts to EUR 4,611,113.00 after entry in the Commercial Register.
