The Company’s subsidiaries include Biossol SA, active in the field of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); Culligan Hellas, engaged in the field of water treatment technologies in Greece; Aquatronics, which is active in the market for private swimming pools, domestic filtering systems and Spas; Biossol Construction Tools, which operates in the area of Access Scaffolding service, and Ifestos.
