VGP Park Nijmegen welcomes ESTG

Antwerpen, België, June 30, 2020 - VGP NV ('VGP' or 'the Group'), a leading pan-European developer, manager and owner of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, is pleased to welcome ESTG to VGP Park Nijmegen. The official handover of the building took place yesterday.

The first development phase of VGP Park Nijmegen, with a total lettable area of more than 60,000 m2, started in February 2019 and is fully pre-let. At the beginning of June Conpax was the first tenant to move into its new location. Yesterday it was ESTG's turn, they will use their new and sustainable business premises from July 6.

ESTG is the number 1 webshop for the PV professional. It offers an international platform where installers, resellers, wholesalers and EPC'ers can go for all PV components. ESTG delivers in 28 countries within 72 hours.

The ESTG building consists of an approx. 10,700 m2 warehouse with adjacent office of approx. 1,000 m2. It is an innovative and very sustainable building. 100% sustainable energy is generated and supplied by the use of heat pumps and by the installation of more than 13,000 solar panels on the roof. The office was given a beautiful finish with a wooden facade.

The VGP group, which currently operates in twelve European countries, intends to continue its expansion course. In the Netherlands, in addition to the first phase of VGP Park Nijmegen, VGP recently delivered VGP Park Roosendaal. The construction of the second phase of VGP Park Nijmegen will start after the summer and will provide an additional 40,000 m2 of partly pre-let space.

Sustainability is important to the company; all buildings built by VGP meet the requirements for energy efficient and sustainable construction. For example, the roofs of the VGP parks will be equipped with photovoltaic systems as much as possible.
