Warehouses De Pauw : Hoogsteder Group leases 8,000 m² in the Prisma Industrial Park in Bleiswijk

Fruit and vegetable specialist Hoogsteder Group, a subsidiary of The Greenery, will move into a new distribution centre of around 8,000 m² in the Prisma Industrial Park in Bleiswijk, to be developed by WDP. Delivery of this project is slated for the second quarter of 2019.
Two years after the first land acquisition on this site, WDP will successfully complete 73,000 m² in new construction projects in Bleiswijk under long-term leases with a variety of clients from different sectors. After completion of the developments under construction, some 72,000 m² in additional development potential will be available.
