The annual report, comprising the financial statements for the parent company and the consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2019, the Directors' Report and the declaration as per Art.154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/98 ("CFA"), in addition to the Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report, as per Art.123-bis of the CFA, and the reports of the Independent Audit Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors, and non Financial Report, were made available to the public at the registered office, as well as published on the internet site of the Company at www.gruppozignagovetro.com, in the Investors section as well as at the authorized storage 1Info at www.1info.it.

The Remuneration Policy Report has also been made available to the public, in the manner outlined above, prepared in accordance with Article 123 ter of the CFA.

The annual accounts and/or the financial statements as per Art. 2429 of the Civil Code of the subsidiaries and associated companies of Zignago Vetro S.p.A. are also available to the public at the registered office.
