Currently, Catherine Agnes Quinn is Chairman of Fertility Associates Holdings Ltd. Ms. Quinn is also Member of Auckland University and on the board of 9 other companies.

In the past Ms. Quinn was Member of Capital Market Development Taskforce, Member of New Zealand Securities Commission, Member-Council Executive Board at New Zealand China Council and Senior Partner at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts Ltd.

Ms. Quinn received a graduate degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
