In his past career Mr. Zacca was Chairman for Development Bank of Jamaica, President of The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, Deputy Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Air Jamaica Ltd. and Chairman of National Health Fund (Jamaica).

He received an MBA from the University of Florida and an undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
