David M. Wehner is on the board of Alector, Inc. and Co-Chairman of Joint Venture Silicon Valley Network and Chief Financial Officer of Facebook, Inc. He previously was Chief Financial Officer for Zynga, Inc., Principal at Hambrecht & Quist Group, Inc. and Managing Director at Allen & Co., Inc. Mr. Wehner received an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a graduate degree from Stanford University.
