Sorin Marica holds the position of Chairman of Sc Dracula Park SA.

He is also on the board of Banat-Crisana SIF SA.

In the past he was Chairman for Active International SA, Deputy General Director at National Institute for Research & Development In Tourism and Chairman of Active Management International SAI SA.

Dr. Marica received an undergraduate degree from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and a graduate degree from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
