William R. VanArsdale holds the position of President of Eaton Hydraulics, Inc. Mr. VanArsdale is also on the board of SunSource Holdings, Inc., Atkore International, Inc. and Atkore, Inc.

In his past career he occupied the position of President for Eaton Corp. Plc Group President at Eaton Corp. and Marketing Manager at Cutler-Hammer, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Eaton Corp. Plc).

Mr. VanArsdale received an undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
