Mr. Andrew Bowden is Senior Vice President at Legg Mason Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Bowden joined Legg Mason Capital Management in May 2003.
He is currently responsible for sales, service, marketing, proxy voting and corporate governance.
He joined Legg Mason in 1994 and worked in the Legal and Compliance Department, where he led a team that provided legal services to, and performed compliance oversight of, Legg Mason, Inc.'s investment advisory affiliates, including Legg Mason Capital Management.
Previously, he was a Partner and trial attorney in a major Baltimore law firm, where he specialized in securities litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
Mr. Bowden graduated summa cum laude from Loyola College with a B.A.
