Brooks Hansen

Brooks is a Managing Director at Raine and helps lead the firm’s efforts in the entertainment and content sectors.
While at Raine, Brooks has advised clients on a number of strategic and growth transactions, including the sale of the Roald Dahl Story Company to Netflix, the sale of The Infatuation to JP Morgan Chase, CJ ENM’s investment into Skydance, the formation of the film & TV studio Picturestart, the creation of BET+ with Tyler Perry Studios, capital raises for Endeavor, and the formation of Endeavor China.
Prior to joining Raine, Brooks worked in the Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley as well as the Motion Picture & Television departments at WME.
Brooks received a B.A.
in Political Science from Columbia University and an M.B.A from The Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California.
