He began his career at Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions department in New York and London where he last served as the operations officer of Morgan Stanley’s European Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
He was formerly chairman of US Maintenance, and served on the boards of Interline Brands, Inc. Washington Inventory Service, GPX International Tire and Community Research Associates, Inc.
Mr. Santoro received his B.A.
from Columbia University and his M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School.
