He became devoted to solving problems with technology and data software, which established the philosophy of the CCG IQ and Alpine Intel technology platform.
He began his career in medical sales with Insight Imaging, a diagnostic ultrasound imaging provider owned by Crutchfield Capital, where he was responsible for revenue growth and aligning market expansion with operational fulfillment.
Damon is a North Carolina native and holds a degree in Business Management from East Carolina University.
