Eshaan Arora

Eshaan is a Vice President in the Austin office.
He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Sverica, Eshaan was an Associate at Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Austin.
At Vista, he evaluated investment opportunities and executed transactions in enterprise software companies.
Prior to Vista, he was an Associate at Sandler O’Neill & Partners in Chicago, where he advised financial services companies on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and capital raising transactions.
Eshaan earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Indiana University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
