Gary Zhao was Chief Financial Officer of China Clean Energy, Inc. from November 15, 2006 to July 31, 2008 and a Director from January 9, 2008 to July 31, 2008.
He was Vice President of CapGemini China from July 2005 to November 14, 2006, a Director-Finance Performance Management and Corporate Strategy at Accenture China from July 2002 to July 2005 and Chief Financial Officer of Chinatech International Software Ltd.
from January 2001 to July 2002.
Mr. Zhao received a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Tsinghua Qinghua University in Beijing, the People's Republic of China in 1984, a Master of Science in Materials Science from the University of Minnesota in 1989 and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.
