Tiffany Haynes is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer for Fingercheck (FC), an established HCM SaaS platform focused on small business owners managing their people in a modern way.
Prior to joining FC, Tiffany was with Jack Henry & Associates (NASDAQ: JKHY) for 20 years; much of that time was devoted to fintech operations, program management, people operations, and leading consumer-facing experiences.
She served in various roles, including Chief People Officer, and as General Manager and Vice President of Consumer-Facing Experiences with full P&L responsibilities.

in Management and Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
