Prior to joining VSS in 2008, Mr. Gordon worked at Goldman Sachs in their Telecom, Media and Technology group advising clients on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and equity offerings.
He previously was a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings at Winston & Strawn.
Mr. Gordon holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Fordham Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
