Barber, CFA, is a Partner, Wealth Advisor & Director of Signatureentrepreneur at SignatureFD LLC.
He helps entrepreneurs and small business owners navigate their financial lives through a comprehensive wealth management approach that allows them to focus on what they do best – running their business.
He specializes in working with business owners to develop a coordinated plan to taxes, develop a succession plan, and ensure appropriate asset protection.
And, he provides personal financial design solutions that enable his clients to be intentional with their time, allowing them to make a bigger impact on the people and things most important to them.
Prior to joining SignatureFD in 2013, Mr. Barber spent five years as an associate at Homrich Berg, an Atlanta-based wealth management firm, where his responsibilities included assisting high-net-worth and family office clients in creating, implementing and reviewing their long-term financial objectives; preparing customized financial plans for clients; and researching and implementing investment strategies.
He started his career at Liberty Street Financial Group in Athens, Georgia.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia.
