General Donlee Income Fund holds, directly or indirectly the shares of General Donlee Limited, a leading diversified manufacturer of precision-machined products for the military, commercial and general aerospace industries and also is a specialist in the manufacture of precision-machined products for the industrial products and power generation industries. The Fund is a trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario by Declaration of Trust made as of March 14, 2002. General Donlee's reputation as a reliable supplier of consistently high-quality products has enabled it to develop strong, long-term relationships with customers. The Fund does not carry on any active business but holds the securities of the Company.
