As CEO, she partners with top executives from the nation’s 150 largest health systems and most innovative healthcare companies to address complex industry challenges and opportunities.
Under Ms. DeSilva’s leadership, The Academy has launched a broad array of new research programs, leadership initiatives and strategic partnerships, including several in which health systems, industry companies and WCAS have invested together or formed unique joint ventures.
Prior to The Academy, she served as Chief Talent Officer of EAB, a leading provider of research, technology and services to educational institutions.
Prior to EAB, Ms. DeSilva spent more than 15 years at The Advisory Board Company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing in addition to other executive leadership positions.
