Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen (Ilmarinen), also known as Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Co., is an independent Finnish pension insurance firm which was founded in 1961 by Finland’s largest insurance companies and six smaller insurers. Headquartered in Helsinki, Ilmarinen provides pension advisory services and pension insurance services to employees, self-employed persons and company pension funds.

Aktia Asset Management Ltd. (AAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Aktia Bank Plc (HE: AKTAV) in Finland. Established in 1997, AAM is located in Helsinki and is known locally as Aktia Varainhoito Oy. AAM manages discretionary accounts for institutions, provides services for third-party asset managers, and manages hedge funds as well as a range of mutual funds distributed through the parent bank. The firm's funds are administered and distributed by Aktia Fund Management.
