Sam Liang is a Venture Partner at SAIF Partners.
Prior to joining SAIF, he was the founder and CEO of HDG Holdings Ltd in 2000-2010, which was sold to a NASDAQ company.
As a financial expert and quantitative model designer, Mr. Liang wrote a L2 formula for the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006, which is currently used by 30M Chinese day-traders.
Mr. Liang was the founder and CEO of a TV show producer, Fusion Media, in 2011-2014.
His prime time reality show dramatically changed the life of dozens, while inspiring millions.
Many Chinese celebrities and famous business leaders joined his show, which brought him fame in China.
He continues to invest in or start businesses in frontier technologies since 2014.
Before serving as SAIF's Venture Partner, he was a vice president of China Software Developer Network.
