Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. French worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2004 and in Mergers & Acquisitions at Salomon Brothers Inc. from 1994 to 1999.
Mr. French began his career at Price Waterhouse from 1992 to 1994.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
