Shayaan Belluzzo

Shayaan joined Slate in 2022.
She is involved with the firm’s various corporate, securities, and transactional matters.
She has experience in the financial, wealth management, and resource industries, serving in a legal and compliance capacity.
Prior to Slate, Shayaan was a Law Clerk for Osisko Mining Inc., providing support to numerous public affiliated group companies and private subsidiaries.
Before joining Osisko Mining, Shayaan was a Corporate Law Clerk for McCarthy Tétrault LLP, in which she assisted clients in various areas of corporate and business law.
Shayaan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Graduate Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Fanshawe College.
She became licensed with the Law Society of Ontario in 2015.
