Sylwia Hadaj

Sylwia is a Principal at Evolution Equity Partners focused on sourcing and monitoring investment opportunities across technology sectors with specific focus on enterprise software and fintech.
She is in charge of portfolio management and reporting, performs valuation analysis and due diligence of investments in Europe and in the US.
Sylwia brings over a decade of experience in private equity, corporate finance and investment management gained while working for family offices and boutique financial advisory firms in Spain and Switzerland.
She advised on numerous M&A transactions, including turn-around situations, and debt and equity offerings across a diverse set of industries including retail, semiconductor, technology, renewable energy and infrastructure.
Responsible for post-acquisition management, she implemented financial and operating improvements working closely with management teams and boards.
She has a M.S.
in International Finance from the joint programme of IEB, the London School of Economics Political Science and Wharton Business School and a M.A.
in Economics from the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland.
Sylwia leads the “Women in Fintech” initiative for the Swiss Finance and Technology Association in Zurich.
