Mr. Giuliano joined SAC as a member of the investment committee in April 2007.
In 1984 he founded Neuberger Berman's fixed income department and was Managing Director/Chief Investment Officer at Lehman Brothers/Neuberger Berman until 2006; from 1981 to 1983 he was Vice President/Portfolio Manager at Lehman Brothers, where he co-founded the firms Liquid Asset Management Group; and from 1977 to 1980 he served as Assistant Vice President at Irving Trust Bank, co-managing the banks bond portfolio.
He currently serves on the New York University Board of Overseers/Arts and Sciences.

and an M.B.A.
from New York University.
