Thian Poh Chua

Thian Poh Chua is the founder and the Executive Chairman of Ho Bee Land Ltd., which was founded in 1987.
He currently holds multiple positions, including Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Ho Bee Holdings Pte Ltd., Vice Chairman of Singapore Business Federation, Chairman of The Hokkien Foundation, Chairman of Ren Ci Hospital & Medicare Centre, Chairman of Singapore Clan Foundation, Chairman of Yunnan Realty Pte Ltd., Chairman of Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Chairman of Ho Bee Foundation, Chairman of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Cultural Academy, Chairman of Singapore Chinese Dance Theatre, Director of Business China, Independent Non-Executive Director of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte Ltd., Director of Nalanda Library Fund Ltd., Director of Grandeur Property Investments Ltd., and Member of the Council of Presidential Advisers since 2019.
He also serves as the Honorary President of Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations, and is a Member of Inmates Families Support Fund and National Integration Council (Singapore).
Dr. Chua has previously held positions as Chairman-Trustees Board of Chinese Development Assistance Council in 2012, Honorary Chairman of Bishan East Citizens Consultative Committee, President of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Immediate Past President of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan.
