Troika Dialog Asset Management Cjsc (TDAM) is the fund management subsidiary of Sherbank Asset Management CJSC, ultimately held by State-owned Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Located in Moscow, TDAM was established in 1996 and provides private banking services and manages a hedge fund, mutual funds, as well as discretionary accounts for private individuals and institutional investors such as pension funds, banks and insurance companies.

VTB Capital Asset Management JSC (VTB Capital), also known as VTB Kapital Upravlenie Aktivami ZAO, is the asset management subsidiary of White Nights Finance BV, ultimately held by Government of Russia’s Federal Agency for State Property Management. Headquartered in Moscow, the firm was founded in 1996 and manages investment funds, mutual funds and non-state pension funds for private and institutional investors.

Valartis Asset Management SA (VAM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Valartis Group AG (SWX: OZH). Formerly known as MC Trustco and later MCT Asset Management, VAM was established in 1996 within Marcuard Cook & Cie and is located in Geneva and Zurich with research offices in their Moscow base and other field offices. The firm was created to focus on the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, Russia and the former Soviet Union. VAM manages a variety of products in multiple asset classes for private, institutional and retail investors.
