Tom Karsten

Tom Karsten serves as the finance director of Baleon Capital.
He is responsible for accounting, treasury, administration and reporting.
Tom has more than 25+ years of financial management and financial transaction experience in privately-held companies and private investment funds.
His experience includes the provision of active support to the finance and accounting teams of funds’ portfolio companies.
His early career work also included financial and physical energy trading.
Tom received his BA from The College of Wooster, his MA from Cambridge University, and his MBA from The Wharton School.
